Terms and Conditions

  • All Yellow Line packages are eligible to be used to travel only on eligible 23 stations of Yellow line(from Lat Phrao station – Samrong station).
  • Package price has not included Rabbit Card issuing fees yet, in the case of new Rabbit Card issuing.
  • Selling period of promotion is 1 st September 2024 – 30th June 2025.
  • Promotion available to Adult and Student Rabbit Card holders only.
  • Binding Rabbit Card with Rabbit Wallet or LINE Pay can purchase through Rabbit Rewards application only.
  • Before binding Rabbit Card to the Rabbit Wallet Account or the LINE Pay Account, the passenger must use any remaining trips on the Rabbit Card to be bound the Rabbit Wallet Account or the LINE Pay Account. Once the Rabbit Card is completely bound, such remaining trips on the Rabbit Card will not be available to use.   • The passenger must use the first travel trip of the package within 7 days from the top-up date. In the case of weekly package, the remaining trips are valid for 7 days from the date of the first usage. For monthly package, the remaining trips are valid for 30 days from the date of the first usage. For any left trips that have not been used on the specific period, it will expire automatically and cannot be refunded in cash.
  • The trips cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, nor can be it be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend or change the term and/or conditions, including refusing to provide services in case the member does not comply with the said terms and/or conditions.
  • For the conditions of Rabbit Card usage, it is in accordance with the Conditions of Issue of Bangkok Smartcard System Co., Ltd.

  1. Package for rides to all 23 stations of the Yellow Line (Lat Phrao station – Samrong station) only.
  2. Yellow Line Promotion Package price excludes new Rabbit Card issuance fee. Passengers must purchase a Rabbit Card (100 thb) to access package.
  3. Promotion available to Adult and Student Rabbit Card holders or Rabbit Cards bound to Rabbit Wallet or LINE Pay only.
  4. Trips remaining on the Rabbit Card will not be transferred to the Cloud system. Passengers are advised to use all the remaining trips before binding Rabbit Card to Rabbit Wallet account on My Rabbit Application.
  5. The passenger must use the first travel trip of the package within 7 days from the top-up date. For weekly package, rides must be used within 7 days of the first trip. For monthly package, rides must be used within 30 days of the first trip.
  6. Rides not taken during the specific period following the first ride will automatically expire.
